H Report Guest portal
A module of the Fly system

A page that belongs to one guest

H Report gives every stay its own private web page: hotel information, menus, the live folio and the small requests people would otherwise queue at reception to ask. Opened from the link in their email, already signed in, in the guest's own language, with nothing to install.

Nothing to download, nothing to remember

The link is the stay. It opens on arrival and closes itself when the guest leaves.

@

The link by email

The guest gets an email with a link to their page, already signed in: one tap opens it, no sign-up, no password.

QR

The QR for room charges

A personal QR code to show at the bar or the restaurant: the order is charged straight to the room folio.

A/文

In their language

Taken from the guest profile in Fly Hotel, switchable by hand. Menus and info follow.

⏻

Expires at check-out

No password to hand out, no old link showing someone else's folio next week.

What ends up on the page

Information

The answers reception repeats

Breakfast hours, check-out time, wi-fi, pool opening, how to reach the beach — written once, in every language you serve.

Menus

Today's menu, allergens included

The kitchen's menu of the day, translated from the dish archive, with allergen marks. Changed in the software, changed on the page.

Folio

What they owe, right now

Room, extras, lunch at the restaurant, the bar round — read live from Fly Hotel, so the bill at check-out is never a surprise.

Requests

Small asks, without the queue

Late check-out, a taxi, a cot in the room. The request lands on the desk with the room already attached.

For the front desk

A quieter reception, and one place to update

H Report is not a second database. It publishes what Fly Hotel already knows: the guest, the folio, the menus, the services. You change the software; the guest's page is already right.

Fewer questions at the counter The information people ask for twice a day is on their own screen.
Menus updated once The dish archive carries the translations; no reprint, no laminated card.
No arguments at check-out Extras are visible the day they are charged, not discovered on the invoice.

Live in an afternoon

If Fly Hotel is already running, there is nothing to migrate.

01

Your colours and logo

The page carries the hotel's identity, on your own domain if you want it.

02

Pick what to publish

Information, menus, folio, requests — you decide which panels the guest sees.

03

Send guests their link

Each guest gets an email with the link to their page, already signed in. That is the whole roll-out.

See it on one of your rooms

We publish a page for a real stay in your hotel, email you the link, and you read it from your own phone. Thirty minutes, no slides.

We reply within one working day.
